How It Worked

Do Something Kind.

For each week of my chemotherapy treatment (16 total), I challenged my community to do an act of kindness and make the world a better place. Whether it’s calling a friend, donating to a charity or surprising a stranger, each act of kindness counts!

Each week of treatment = a new opportunity to make a difference.

Tell Me About It.

During this time,
I wanted to hear about the GOOD!
You can share your act with me here.

My goal was to inspire #1600acts, and I needed to hear about them if I was going to keep track.

Share It.

I encouraged my community to share their acts of kindness on social media using the hashtags: #1600acts and #TeamLorelei
They could also tag me using @LoreleiColbert

I hoped sharing would inspire others to do an act of kindness, too! Together, we were making the world a better place.
