Love Yourself Into October Virtual Workshop

Participants will also be invited to an optional mid-month check in on October 15.

Details: A love-rally and empowerment workshop for breast cancer patients, survivors and thrivers before Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins. Attendees will receive a community resource guide and optional group check-in call mid-October. October can bring up a lot for survivors, and those feelings can change from year to year. This will be a beautiful evening, created by survivors for survivors, to make space for empowerment, love and community, featuring:

  • Mental Health Tools

  • Movement for Joy

  • The Power of Our Words

  • …resources, giveaways, and more!

What to bring: a journal, pen, comfortable clothes, and your favorite beverage.

All Proceeds benefit Onco-Ballet Foundation and The Boobie Queen Company.

About Onco-Ballet Foundation: The Onco-Ballet™ Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in 2023, dedicated to offering low to no cost ballet classes to those facing cancer through donor funding. We believe that dancing together in community through ballet movement is a big part of ones healing journey as it can help you get out of your mind and into your body. Offering Onco-Ballet™ free to those who have faced or are currently facing cancer helps lessen the financial burden placed upon cancer patients and survivors.
